Christina Kester-Tallman has over eight years of field
and laboratory experience in historic and prehistoric archaeology. Since
1998, she has worked on projects in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, New York,
and Virginia and has authored or coauthored 20 cultural resource management
reports.
Christina received her B.A. in Anthropology with a minor in history from
Fort Lewis College, Durango, Colorado. She also has a B.A. in English with
minors in Studio Art and Graphic Design from the State University of New
York, Plattsburgh campus. She is a member of the Colorado Council of Professional
Archaeologists. |

Christina joined the staff at Cultural Resource Analysts, Inc. as a field
and laboratory technician in 2005 when they opened an office in her home
town of
Longmont, Colorado. In the field, Christina serves as assistant crew chief.
Her responsibilities in the office include writing portions of reports and
creating AutoCAD maps.
When not doing archaeology, Christina is usually painting. She works in many
mediums including acrylics, oils, watercolors, and most recently digital.
Her art has been shown in Colorado, Georgia, New York and Texas. Christina
also
enjoys reading, hiking, attending Renaissance festivals, and spending time
with her husband, Charles.
