Robin Hatfield has fifteen years’ experience in
office-related duties. In 1995, she graduated from Southern West Virginia
Community College with an associate degree. In 1997, she graduated from Marshall
University with a B.A. in Sociology and a B.A. in Social Work. Since then
she has worked at Putnam General Hospital, the Mingo County Tax Department,
Mingo County Prosecutor’s Office and the West Virginia Workers’ Compensation
Division.
Ms. Hatfield came to work with CRAI in 2004. She currently serves as Office
Manager of the Hurricane, West Virginia office. As such, her duties include
answering phones and general reception duties. She is also responsible for
filing correspondence, proposal information, project reports, per diem receipts,
petty cash receipts, and credit card statements. Ms. Hatfield ensures employees
understand CRAI benefit plans and enrollment provisions as well as proper
completion of required forms. She is responsible for expense tracking
on a monthly basis
and manages company invoices and WV project tracking. She manages client
relationships as they pertain to billing. Ms. Hatfield is responsible
for monitoring timesheets
and transmitting them to Lexington for payroll. She also assists with report
preparation, editing, and reference checks. Ms.Hatfield also assists with
lab duties including cleaning artifacts, preliminary sorts for EBOT projects,
and
data entry.
