Field Technician
Lab Technician

I graduated with my B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) in the fall of 2005 so I am still relatively new to the field. My field school through UNC was conducted in the North Park region of Colorado in the summer of 2005 under the tutelage of Dr. Robert Brunswig. I have archaeology field experience on Class I, II, and III projects in Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Utah. I was hired by the Longmont office of CRAI in August of 2006 as a field technician for the Class III Cultural Resource Inventory of Pueblo Reservoir and I have been with CRAI ever since.

My archaeological interests include zooarchaeology and classical Mediterranean archaeology. I someday hope to find a jobthat combines those two areas of study.

I received my first college degree in veterinary technology nearly 10 years ago and worked as a vet tech for many years before deciding to go back to school to study archaeology. I have not regretted that decision! My personal interests include hiking in desert country, reading, writing, astronomy, and traveling our fantastic world.
