Gail N. Bennett has been with Cultural Resource Analysts, Inc since Jan. 2007. She has 8 years of archaeological experience primarily in New England, Texas, and Wyoming. Gail has a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Wyoming, as well as an Associates degree in Transportation and Fleet Management from the Air Force.

Professionally Gail’s interests are wide ranging, she focuses mainly on lithic technologies, debitage analysis, facial reconstruction and GIS.

Gail served in the United States Air Force, where she enjoyed living in several exotic locations.  This added to her love of desert environments, and her subsequent move to Wyoming and active pursuit of archaeology as a career.

In her spare time Gail is a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism, where she is able to apply her archaeological training to research into the Middle Ages. Her studies in this area have led her to become a jeweler, with a focus on pierce work and lost wax casting.
