Kevin Cupka Head has been a field supervisor and historic materials specialist at CRA since 2010. He holds a master's degree in anthropology from Ball State University with an emphasis in historical archaeology and cultural resource management. Kevin has been actively involved in archaeology since 2004, and has since participated in numerous CRM and academic projects, both in the field and in the laboratory. His research interests include the historical archaeology of the eastern United States, historic farmsteads, public archaeology, and geophysics.
When not involved in archaeology, Kevin enjoys playing bass, guitar, ukelele, banjo, mandolin, piano, trombone, and anything else he can get in tune. He also enjoys cooking, craft beer, and spending time outdoors. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their daughter.
