The Wright House
Project Description: In 2003, CRA conducted excavations at the Wright House in Bourbon County, Kentucky, before rehabilitation of the house for its use as an interpretive center for the local community. Following the archaeological investigations, historic and archival information, as well as the archaeological data provided by CRA were utilized by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to develop interpretive signs along the walkway leading the Wright House.
Project Description: Between 1998 and 2008, CRA conducted multiple cultural resource surveys and archaeological investigations at the Lower Howard's Creek Nature and Heritage Preserve in Clark County, Kentucky. CRA has worked one-on-one with the Preserve to attain their goals of preserving and protecting the historic and archaeological resources, promoting scientific research, protecting and restoring the natural environment, and supporting environmental education.
