Geophysical Survey
Archaeological Geophysics
Geophysical survey, or archaeological geophysics, harnesses state-of-the-art data collecting techniques, including magnetometry and earth
conductivity, to locate and evaluate archaeological sites. CRAI has pioneered the integration of these techniques into fieldwork to reduce costs and improve the quality of cultural resource evaulations. Principals in the firm have extensive survey experience throughout the eastern United States working for public agencies and private consultants.
